World Class product & service provided here. From the moment I ordered I received personal, live human contact via email to square away the details and keep me informed. When I got the jacket it was too small. No worries, very courteous and easy exchange process! I'm stunned, truly. Once I got my keeper, I have to say it is one of the most well made jackets I have ever owned. This was a lifetime purchase, I just didn't know that when I ordered. I was stressed over the amount, but not anymore. Worth every penny over and again. I'm looking forward to buying another jacket here soon. Not many businesses make great product and take personal care of their customers anymore, but these folk do. They get it. Well done!

Favorite jacket is the iron horse!

The Bi Swing back system with the elastic welded is phenomenal, please put it on every model. I can actually move freely, even when driving, it’s nuts.
I own a previous version of the Widowmaker, and my movement were limited. Now not only the fit is perfect when wearing just a tee shirt, but what’s crazy is that I can actually wear a jumper underneath and still move ( and my chest is 106cm soooo).
I believe that everybody could go for their true size with this back design.
I went for a size M
My body measurements are
Chest 106 ( and still it fits so perfectly)
Waist 92 ( feels perfect)
Sleeve 61 ( perfect when driving)
I’m 172cm and the 65cm length is bang on

If this design makes it on the goldrush model I’m going for it straightaway
Oh and it took only 6 days to make it from Pakistan to Australia

Awesome product...purchased a custom made widowmaker jacket. Being tall, I struggle with arm lengths in most biker jackets, but the guys at Master we're excellant help. Great communication and recommendations on sizes. Jacket fits perfectly, and the quality is way above expectation... really thick and soft leather, right out of the bag. Thanks guys.

Widowmaker Jacket is top notch in every respect but what really blew me away is the customer service. I had a small issue on my order and delt with "Josh", he went above & beyond to get the matter resolved quickly, responded to emails at all times of the day almost instantly. You can't ask for anything more out of a young company. They will continue to do well and deserve it. Don't hesitate to buy a jacket from these guys.

My Daytona arrived today, and even the box it came in impressed me. When opened, I was greeted by that incredible buffalo leather. It looks and feels amazing. I’ll break it in for a bit before wearing it out, but this is the last leather jacket I’ll ever need.

Quality is absolutely top notch and HANDS DOWN the best customer service i've had in years. These guys went over the top to get me the correct fit on the jacket I bought. They went so far as to custom tailor one when two different sizes did not quite fit my body type. Now my jacket fits perfectly and i didnt have to wait more than a few days to get the custom one! 10/10 all around.
