Not sure if I'll ever see my money again
I've been trying to sell my 25 shares for over EIGHT MONTHS and nothing. I bought them around $18 per share. Now, even when I try to sell them around $12 per share, I get no bites. No activity. Compared to stocks, ETFs, or even bonds, this is horrific liquidity.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to invest with Masterworks. I have no idea if I will ever actually get my money back.
At one point they even said you needed to have an interview in order to put your shares up for sale! Ridiculous. I waited two weeks for the interview, asked the person their advice, set the price according to their advice (which was at a loss compared to my purchase price), and I still have had no bites, months later.

I invested in 4 different suggested artworks about 4 years ago. They have ALL trended down and I am unsuccessfully trying to sell them for a 50% loss. Steer clear of these fools who don't seem to know much about art.
