Range Rover L322 Steering lock fix.

I’m going to keep this short and simple because it’s the same as fitting one of these emulators.
The steering would not unlock on my Range Rover L322 TD V8. I had visions of another £500+ bill. Thank goodness not the case. Did some reading, spent
£40.Fiddled about with a screwdriver for twenty minutes. I had the key in my hand thinking “This is never going to work”. Wrong! Key in, ignition on. Job done! Fantastic! Very pleased to say the least. Didn’t give it five out off five because the instructions could tip you off about the fiddly clip on the wiring plug. It’s easy when you know where the catch is. I could imagine a world of hurt if you levered it and it cracked.
Apart from that. These things are brilliant and do exactly what they say on the tin. Very highly recommend.

Misleading Product Information Led to Costly Return Experience

I ordered a seat occupancy emulator based on the product specifications listed on their website for my specific vehicle. Unfortunately, the online information was incorrect, resulting in the wrong part being shipped to me.
When I returned the incorrect item, I received a refund minus their original shipping fee (AU$16) and was required to pay the return shipping cost (AU$27) myself. This meant I paid AU$43 total for a product I never received due to their incorrect product description.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service about this issue, my complaints have gone unanswered. Their return policy fails to state that customers are responsible for return shipping costs or that original shipping fees will be deducted from refunds, even when the return is due to the company's error.
Overall, poor product information accuracy and unresponsive customer service resulted in significant out-of-pocket costs for an error that wasn't mine.
