California residents get 3 business days to determine if they want this or not. If you paid you will NOT, I repeat, get your money back unless you fight for it. Match does not do so according to the agreement or law as they post online. I have at least 15 emails and most of these are incomprehensible or computer generated replies. This company is terrible at keeping their word. Beware. And also beware that your personal information is not secure because they will not delete it. I have tried unsuccessfully.

Ordered a pair of vejas for a relative who was going to gift them to her daughter for Christmas. Had to return the order as her daughter didnt like the shoes, having never ordered from this site, I asked a friend if they could drop the return at the post office while they were going there. I place the return lable provided on the box.She told me when she arrived back that there was a charge. No problem, I waited a couple of weeks for my refund of 125.00 euro, nothing came in, I have been emailing the company since November, I have been told they never received the parcel, and are looking for a receipt from nearly four months ago. They now say I won't be getting a refund as they never received this parcel.
Disgraceful. Do not order from this website.

They provide fast delivery and prices are some of the best I've found online. I was able to return an item that was the wrong size for me; they used DHL for my purchase so I was able to request a pickup. The return process was super quick and within 2-3 days I was credited back the full amount on my credit card. Would buy from them again!

A word of warning to users of Match Fashion. I purchased items and accidentally, somehow, and i can't figure out how, selected US$ instead of Australian dollars. The upshot is instead of paying $640 Australian for goods on Match Fashion, i have paid $870, due to the currency conversion. I've written to Matchfashion and they refuse to help me out. Oddly, I can still return the items, (though they failed to mention this in their email) at their expense, and get a full refund. They lose a customer or two. but that doesn't seem to bother them. The thing is, every time i log onto this site it ALWAYS comes up AUS $. I can't figure it out. May i suggest astute shoppers look to Mr Porter and Farfetch? I've had no such problems with these sites and their returns policy and procedures are superbly simply and generous.
