The service quality is awful due to the lack of competition. There were no pricing rules in this company.
First, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She said that I could just go back to my own country to date if you were not happy with our rules here. And she assumed that I had ADHD just because I talked a lot due to stress. She said if you couldn't make a decision there were many other clients waiting. I would never choose this company if I had a second thought.
Second, they don't even provide photos of those guys. It's totally blind. Then why did you take some photos for me? What was the point?
Third, they didn't actually follow the standards you filled out to select the guys. They just want to get the things done and get the money from you quickly.
In conclusion, it's not worth the money you spend. You will find yourself in a very passive position once you sign the agreement. You will regret.

Regarding the structure of our matchmaking process, our service is designed to prioritize privacy and meaningful compatibility over aesthetics, which is why client photos are not shared during the matching process. However, we understand this approach may not be for everyone, and we regret if it was not clearly explained or aligned with your expectations.
As for matching criteria, we do take client preferences seriously and strive to introduce matches based on the information provided during intake. That said, we also aim to introduce individuals who may align with your core values, lifestyle, and relationship goals, even if not every preference is a perfect match. If you felt your preferences were overlooked, we sincerely apologize.
We never want any client to feel that they were rushed or undervalued, and we apologize that your experience felt that way. Your feedback helps us reflect and grow, and we genuinely appreciate the opportunity to hear your perspective.

No stars to give this company at all. From my perspective, this company promises curated matches but that was not my experience at all. They will spend several hours interviewing you, so of course you will get sucked right into thinking that they will be finding quality matches for specifically designed to meet some of your expressed wishes. Instead, you wait months, and eventually matched with whoever eventually turns up that satisfies the most basic requirements (like the geographic area and age range you are looking for.) The matches I were given seemed to have just about NOTHING at all I was looking for. After a few tries, I decided it wasn't even worth my time to continue with them, so I cancelled and "lost" whatever remaining number of matches I had left. Not a big loss at all. I requested a refund, but didn't expect it and didn't give it. Not to say these guys don't have money. Apparently they have enough money to have a "legal team" so I guess there are plenty of gullible folks just like me. I've had much more success on my own and also using the online site Match. Can't believe I was such a sucker. Maybe you will be more lucky!

A key part of successful matchmaking is meeting the individuals our team thoughtfully selects for you, as real connection can only be assessed in person—not just on paper. Unfortunately, in your case, it appears none of the matches we curated were actually met in person, which significantly limits our ability to learn, adjust, and improve future introductions.
We understand your frustration around timing, and it’s worth noting that the pace of matches can vary depending on how specific your preferences are and availability in your area. That said, we are always available to reassess and recalibrate based on your evolving needs—so long as that communication remains open and active.
We also want to acknowledge your comment about requesting a refund. Our agreements are transparent about what’s included, and while we can’t guarantee chemistry, we do offer the structure and support for clients to make the most of each introduction.

Not very responsive. Really don’t want to work with people in northern Baltimore County. Referrals could have been better managed if both were talked to about their needs and wants and current health circumstances (they change over time) before setting up meet. I assume the more you pay the better service you get.

Lisa was particularly helpful and a great coach
Lisa was particularly helpful with recommendations of books, question guidelines for a date. I found Lisa to be encouraging and would circle back in our conversations to show and provide acknowledgement of my improvements. Read the contract before you sign.
I would not suggest this company. its like $500 per date Or at least that's what I payed. They either don't know how to match you based on the info you provide or can't because that type of person is not in their system. I was told by the match maker she was on a quota so she always pressuring me to take date I'm not confident are good matches. I'm 99.9% sure they forged my signature electronic on a financing document (worth $78 in interest) because they failed to get me to sign it during the onboarding process. I have some matches left so I'll stay hopeful. This companies only legal requirement is that they provide you a random persons contract information from their system as a "introduction".

If you have any concerns about your documentation, especially regarding your electronic signature, we encourage you to contact our office directly so we can investigate thoroughly. We take these matters seriously and are committed to transparency.
Regarding the selection of your introductions, our matchmakers work carefully to curate matches based on the criteria you provide. It’s also important to understand that matchmaking is a collaborative process, and declining introductions without meeting candidates can limit your results. While our team will never pressure you to meet anyone you’re absolutely uncomfortable with, they do encourage clients to remain open-minded and engaged to make the most of the service.
We also want to clarify that we do not simply provide “random” matches. Every introduction is between two real clients who have undergone the same vetting and have agreed to be matched based on stated preferences.
If you still have introductions remaining, we encourage you to stay in touch with your matchmaker so we can continue to assist you in your search. If you’d prefer to review your file or discuss any of your concerns further, please feel free to reach out to our team at any time.

I left messages with the person who badgered me to sign up but she never returned my calls. I should be given a refund as they exaggerate their experience and credentials.
