I bought some buttons on line - they did not cost much but I have had not email acknowledgement of my order. So I tried phoning them on the phone number on their website but it just rings and rings. There is not even an answerphone message. Is this business a real place? Or have I just been scammed....
The brands were not as high end as I expected and the prices were higher than I would have expected for mid level brands when compared to consignment (the real real, tradesy, etc). I was underwhelmed by the stylist picks. The policy for returning items is ridiculous, everything needs to be returned within 4 days or you get charged for everything, and if you turn it in late, you get charged a nonrefundable 30% of all the items. I didn't have to pay this, so I don't know how strictly it's enforced, but pretty ridiculous if you have the kind of life I do where it's not easy to get to a B&M store because I go straight to bed from work and back again most days - luckily Fedex is open 24 hours. The concept is nice but I will definitely not be a repeat customer.
