Worn out within three months
The insoles felt great when I got them and I think they helped with lower back pain for a month. Within three months they were so worn out the arch of the insole could be totally flattened with the push of a finger. I’m six months pregnant, roughly 165lbs so I’m not a particularly big woman but these did not last me. I would recommend if you want a good months use out of them, but definitely not to last an entire pregnancy.

High impact insoles *
I have a very demanding, manual labor job, and these actually help more than other insoles I've tried. I have high arches and my feet are very achy by days end and these help to tremendously minimize that.

Excellent customer service
I accidentally got the wrong size and they were extremely helpful and hassle-free about the situation. I Got the size I need and they're great. I like how I can mold them to my needs because not only am I pregnant but my left foot is always needs special attention due to an accident I had a couple years ago.
