Rude support personnel/scam

I tried talking to the support agent about safety of withdrawing from the platform which is usually a good litmus test to see if the platform defends their process or shrugs me off and I surely got the latter.

I took screenshots of the conversation. It didn't take long before he is insulting my hair and calling me a loser, going off at a complete tangent. no legitimate platform staff would get away with that.

I got the runaround of "not being a client" and admitted he "didn't care" I would come to Trustpilot to expose the scammers. It's all in the attitude. One response was "wtf do you want" and I joked "how supportive of you" - a complete lack of interest in whether I deposit my hard earned or not.

Quite an unbelievable exchange. From what I gather 1. If they don't care if you deposit, they don't care about you withdrawing i.e (getting the profit out, getting your return on investment into your personal account) successful output is more important than the input. That's where trust is made or broken, if you will allow the output to happen, or not.

The Telegram Bot looks stylish and functional on first impression. But when your support staff couldn't give a toss about their clients, with that slap-dash attitude - I'm not going to invest. Did me a favour and saved my money. I'm not doing charity payments.

For him to reveal his disdain for the mandatory withdrawal process, tells me everything I need to know

No interest in you as a person, only interested in what they can anonymously steal from you. That really says it all.

Avoid.

Flashy and nice layout

Flashy and nice layout, but ...

No service if you loose your Telegram account for what ever reason, you also loose your account and money in the MatrixBot too. So not a trustworthy setup. Actually not sure if Matrix is scam, I could withdraw a really small amount once.
Would be nice if the setup was more secure, since it seemed to be ok, not big gains, but what seemed realistic.
