don't trust this company
I worked for this company for at least a month, and the work process appeared easy to the owner, but not for the employees. The owner expects us to follow tasks without using our brains. However, when the owner gets frustrated, they suddenly want us to think for ourselves, which is confusing and frustrating. As a 10+ year experienced WordPress Developer, this was a pathetic experience for me.
Here are some points to understand:
- Owner's direct interference in the project: The owner's constant involvement in the project is detrimental to its success. It hampers the employees' ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Owner's dismissive approach to discussions: The owner tends to shut down conversations by using one-word responses or simply avoiding discussions altogether. This hinders effective communication and problem-solving.
- Delayed or missing salary payments: I have not received my salary for May and only half of my salary for June. I've heard that the owner finds ways to cut employees' salaries, which is unfair and unprofessional.
- Undermining experience: The owner disregards the expertise and experience of employees by using phrases like "Tell me, I will teach you." Such discussions are unproductive and only offer temporary solutions rather than proper ones.
- Overall, these issues have made my experience at this company highly unsatisfactory.
