Easy to use website and quick delivery. Only issue was I ordered a mat which was showing as in stock and then got an email a day later to say it wasn't available and my account would be refunded. If its not available then in my opinion it shouldn't be showing on website. Other than that no issues with this company.

Is it Really the FCM12895ER Mat??
The mat I ordered item # FCM12895ER was labeled Hard Floors and Pile Carpets. What I got is labeled Hard Floors. I went with one because it was quoted as Heavy Duty. Not sure how well it will last.

We can assure you this mat can be used on all pile carpets and hard floors, is 5mm thick and almost impossible to crack.

The chairs are ok but the colours are not the same as on the website we ordered blue but they are a very dark blue not the light blue in the picture poor representation

The mat arrived broke. I notified Matstores and they replaced it very quickly which I appreciate!
I have used the mat for several months now and it is great! Chair does not sink in and for the most part it stays in place on the carpet. Very nice chair mat for carpet!
