Built my car 6 years ago its never missed a beat best in the business

Purchased an Airtec stage 2 intercooler for my focus rs, I wanted green hoses to match my engine bay with the big boost pipe kit however they weren't listed. Aron ensured I got exactly what I wanted at no extra cost and kept in touch throughout.

Shocking, booked in to have a ecu update because I needed it done for my remap, driven hour and half there to get told it can't be done as he broke the plug in the night before (couldn't even tell me to save me the trip) so said I'd wait local even till closing time as he said it will be there at 3ish but will phone me, and saves me driving home to go back to go back home (another 4 and half hours) but guess what.... no phonecall & no reply on Facebook, bunch of d*ckheads won't be using again

Where to start with these fools

They slag off their loyal paying ustomers in front of people waiting to get work done

They slag them off after speaking to them on the phone Infront of everyone

My suspension was done here and also my brakes

After hearing a knocking noise and my brakes not being the best we went to another garage

We were told and shown photos that one of my dampers were not even fitted properly.
This should of been pushed into the body to make full contact. Somehow it was resting on the frame of the vehicle bending the suspension in the process.

The rear brake pads were not fitted properly either. The pads were sliding freely and not locked in properly with the pins

As mentioned photos were taken straight away and these guys are the only ones to blame
These will be passed onto a lawyer to examine as this was very dangerous

Matt & his guy sorted out my sons Focus st great service and explained in detail what was done to the car would highly recommend to any one, we came all the way from Essex, to get car repaired.

I purchased 2 sets of ARP bolts from this company ( 209-4301 &
200-6207. Firstly they sent me someone else's order, I phoned them and it took a week to exchange the packages ( mistakes happen I thought!). When I opened my package they had sent me
ARP 209-4701 & 200-6207, I phoned Aaron at MLM and he told me on no less than 3 occasions over a 3 week period that Matt had made arrangements with APC ( their courrier ) to exchange the offending bolts, Matt himself told me exactly the same thing! I spent the next 3 weeks being fobbed off with excuse after excuse as they did not want to deal with the problem. In the end I had no choice but to raise a Paypal dispute, and surprise surprise they ignored all requests from Paypal to resolve the issue as well! The kicker is that
I had to pay the return costs ( so much for Paypal buyer protection )
I would strongly recommend you purchase your goods elsewhere!
