The customer service is really great. I was in contact with them twice already and both time they could resolve my problem in a quick and professional manner.
First time I missed applying a promo code at checkout and second I needed extra pads before we go on long travel.
Usage experience:
My wife and I decided to try a device from Mave Health out of curiosity, after reading about brain stimulation and its impact on stress and overall well-being. We had taken a demo in Nov and booked our device then.
Delivery was slightly delayed by a week , got ours in mid Jan.
We’ve both been dealing with ongoing stress and gut-related issues, so we felt it was worth experimenting with. I had already been practicing breathing techniques for a while, which had helped to some extent. However, after using the Mave device consistently for about a six-seven week, we’ve noticed a significant improvement.
Our energy levels feel better, we’re handling stress better, my HRV has moved from early 40s to late 40’s and my wives has gone from 45s to early 50s
