This is a scam company

This is a scam company, beware! They took £11000 from me and it could have been more, it grew to about £35000 but when I wanted to withdraw it they blocked the phone so I couldn't contact them and ignored all my mails, even when I involved the international fraud office they couldn't help because maveninteractive did not reply to their requests, do not be fooled by their oh so plausible chat line (they are so good)

Mavern Interactive- complete scam

Mavern Interactive is a complete scam, I was lucky as I managed to persuade them to show I can withdraw from my account before I put a sizeable amount with them, and withdrew all of my initial investment. However the $35k profit disappeared when they realised I was not going to deposit any more money with them. I also have emails from a third party where they pretend to be from me.... COMPLETE SCAM- PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED CASH- ITS A SCAM

Scammers

I hope all the people who work for Maven Interactive including the founders of the company suffer from terminal illnesses. They have scammed me for my hard earned money.

They have taken my money

They have taken my money. Not to be trusted. Tommy was my man. He has disappeared. I have reported them. It’s a very sleazy operation. They have your money and you have No control of it. They use WhatsApp for communication and keep changing their number. or they only call you with one of their million numbers that they use. Numbers you can’t call. Don’t move on this. Bad call.

Beware

I invested with these people in October of 2022 and now have been trying for three weeks to get my money back, unsuccessfully. They keep coming up with excuses as to why you shouldn't cash in. And they actually block your account when to try to withdraw. The money you think you are making is not really there, it's falsely inflated. Agent Brian Goodman tries to make you think he knows a lot, but doesn’t. They are only trained to convince you to invest more money. I spoke to a "manager" yesterday, who I later found out was fake, who said he would arrange the transfer of my funds in about 3 hours and call me - never did.
They are fraudulent, crooked and criminals. I'm still trying to get my money, and will eat my words if I actually get it back
Stay tuned! I'll keep you posted..

My note to Maven....

this is a note I sent to Maven after my money disappeared:
there is no way in my mind that the $3,000 CDN would result in $43,000 USD when the market never showed that much appreciation. This is one helluva scam you have going on. You want me to pay over $11,000 in "taxes" to the Netherlands via a bank in Portugal for a fictitious amount of money that I will never see??
If you were half way legitimate, you would release me the $3,000 and let me pay your taxes to get my riches........When the agent created a brand new wallet in Atomic Wallet and ignored the other one I made in Blockchain, I should have realized I just lost my money.
Reviews online are right, a total Scam. And to have the dear agent swearing at me on the phone when I was questioning the legitimacy and refuting her claim that she never told me I could get the $3k out is a load of crap.
thanks for nothing!
Reviews will be posted at every opportunity I get!!

Maveninteractive CAN NOT be trusted with your money…

Maveninteractive CAN NOT be trusted with your money. I was uncomfortable with how things were going forward when I gave away my bank draft. I started getting nervous when he pressured me that I was not investing enough money, but by then, it was too late. I just wanted to start slow and build up trust. I told him not to trade my money bc it was not the right timing. Maven did not answer my calls after they cashed my bank draft. He started trading, did not listen, and I lost over $6000 in one week. Six thousand dollars may be very little money for some people; how badly the tables turn when Maven gets your money.

Dec 1, 2022 - I called customer support for help. They told me they would give me my money back; I just had to get a digital wallet. Furthermore, Maven support informed me that their legal department would contact me about this Trustpilot message. I decided to remove the message to get some help. Lesson learned that is how Maven gets you off the phone.

Dec 15, 2022 - After getting a digital wallet, I waited on hold for 2 hours and 13 minutes. I received no help from customer support at Maven Interactive. Just a waste of time and money.

Dec 16, 2022 - I was waiting again on hold for Maven support (437) 266-1046 for 1 hour and 3 minutes with no help nor anyone answering the phone. It is an immediate place on hold with no hello or anything. Is this a company that you are trusting with your money?

Dec 19, 2022 - I have phoned customer service at Maven Interactive at least once a day for a week; the hours I have waited on hold. They keep me on hold for hours and don't answer my call. The manager who lost my money phoned me this morning to bully me. I will keep you all posted when they answer my call. These are the people that we trust to invest our hard-earned money!?

Dec 20, 2022 - I woke up this morning to my manager at Maven sending me multiple messages on What's app bullying me. Is that the way you want to wake up in the morning?!? Yikes! However, Maven support finally answered my telephone call this morning. I have been calling multiple times daily for two weeks. I could not believe my ears that there was a person on the phone speaking to me. This person was patient, did not yell at me and was human. Progress!

Dec 21, 2022 - Crickets. Yesterday, Maven support promised to refund my money, and I was promised my money back in one to three days. Dec 20 was day 1, and today is day 2. I am not holding my breath. My manager texted me another brutal morning message, promising me he would not waste my money again, Thank you, Mr. B! Maven can not be trusted with your money.

Dec 23, 2022 - As expected, Maveninteractive still needs to follow through with my refund. I was on hold with Maven Support on Dec 22 for 1.5 hours without assistance. I am on hold today; it has been 1 hour and 45 minutes, but the day is still young. I have added my picture to this blog to show you that I am a real person who has lost a significant amount of money. This mistake, laps of judgement, stupidity, unwillingness to follow instructions and greed on my manager's part, Mr. B, affected real live people. This mistake he made was due to an everyday transaction that could happen to any one of us. Let us see how long Maven keeps me on hold today?! Is this a company that you want to trust with your money?

Jan 9, 2023 Happy New Year?? No.
No resolution with Maveninteractive. Mr. B was let go… along with my money. I got the brush off, ‘our manager made a mistake, he had some life problems.’ Long story short, Maveninteractive is NOT taking responsibility for their actions. Is this the company that you want to trust with your money?

Avoid this lot like the plague

Exactly as Dave Shand and others. Account locked, money missing, constant fobbing off and a load of lies (the cheque is in the post......) until my 'Agent' just stopped replying to messages.

Avoid this lot like the plague. 'Luckily' we didn't invest a huge amount but it's still money we could do with right now.

Any positive reviews on here must be fake.

If in the UK, try CEL Solicitors (if you've 'lost' more than 3k) and keep screen shots of everything.

POSSIBLE SCAM

POSSIBLE SCAM, Trust them at your own risk

My mum saw an ad saying Rishi Sunak recommends Crypto, she clicked on the link and was taken to Maven Interactive. She was a little unsure about them but downloaded the software they recommend after talking to one of their "agents", this "agent" then hounded her all day for days for money, showing how much she could have made if she put the money in when they first spoke.
She asked me if she should put in any money with them as she was being worn down by the constant messaging and I said no, not until we see some documentation or reviews on Maven. All reviews found seem to be from a pre-written template, same as the truspilot wooden reviews of the company. The office address given doesn't have Maven Interactive registered there also they don't score well on scam-detector.com.
I'm giving them 1 star because of the aggressive nature they perused my mum, and that I can't find any real sounding experiences with Maven except for negative ones and a video on Tiktok from a user called klingoon who explains how he almost lost 15,000 to Maven before realised he was being scammed, anecdotal yes but I recommend you watch his video.

Small update, a site called TopedgeFX a site that exposes scams and helps victims file a chargeback has an article titled "Maven Interactive Review – A Fraudulent Broker at maveninteractive.com"
"Maven Interactive is certainly an interesting criminal outfit. The company is masquerading as a broker and selling a ‘range of strategies’ to their unsuspecting customers."`

Another update. This is from a site Called Personal Reviews Forex Brokers.
"Maven Interactive Review
Who are they?
After taking a look at their website, it shows that they do not fall under any regulating agency. That is a MAJOR RED FLAG!! That should be enough for you NOT to invest with them. And they also work with websites that offer “Automated trading software” which is another red flag, as this kind of websites are notoriously famous for scamming schemes.

So Maven Interactive is just another unregulated forex broker, which means the customers are not protected, and there is highly likely they will get away with your hard earned money and there will be no regulating agency to hold them responsible."

A quick Google search will find you the article so you can read the rest, I also recommend you read the comments as well, there are posts of people also losing money to Maveninteractive.

Maven Interactive fraudulently took my money

Maven Interactive is a scam. They very aggressively pursue investment funds and pretend to invest it for you. The investments will show an impressive profit as long as investment capital is coming in. When you request a funds withdrawal you will not get it. I made numerous requests to withdraw funds. They show as pending for a while then disappear from the history.
They often start a losing trade to drain the equity from your account. They do not send your money to you. They blocked my access to all of the functions of my account. I can see the running trades but can no longer start or stop a trade or set stop loss or take profit limits. I can no longer request a withdrawal of funds. Any move I attempt tells me to consult my agent. My agent no longer replies to my communications on WhatsApp or email. My account is effectively view only running with 15,388 USD investment and 10,017 USD profit. I suspect it will soon be empty. I have video, screen caps and log files showing all I have described.

Complete waste of time

I have been waiting 2 weeks for my funds with nothing apart from them stating it must be held up by my bank. They're not. I've tried 2 different oversea companies, both complete scams. What confirmed my thoughts was anther review stating they asked him to get out a 10k loan, this happened to me. Thought it was crazy at the time and told them where to go! Glad I did. Anyway avoid! If you're based in the UK used an FCA registered broker please. Learnt the hard way and 1k out of pocket (this doesn't include any pretend profit). I know of another person that has about 65k in Euros stuck with no response on a withdrawal. Please, please, please AVOID!

MavenInteracive are simply if not best then amongst the best people I've traded with. Customer care is outstanding. I really feel sorry for all the folks out here who had different experience than mine and I really wish they would understand how investment and ROI works. You don't get profits immediately after 2 weeks and even a kid knows this!

I believe to be a SCAM.....

I believe to be a SCAM.....I started with this company by investing £2000 over about 6 weeks. I started to get cold feet when I didn't like the way the "financial" adviser Brandon was speaking to me. They used hard sell tactics to get money from you. I then tried to withdraw my money. I logged in and the balance said approx £3200, once I did the withdrawal it immediately dropped to £2800 with no explanation. After nearly 4 weeks the withdrawal was still "pending approval" and I couldn't get hold of anybody. I finally got hold of the account manager who had supposedly been on holiday. I was told I could get my money at any time, so this clearly isn't true. When she finally approved it I received £2000, and when I questioned why I didn't get the full amount they said " Profits had to go through compliance" whatever that means. Here nearly 2 weeks after that I still don't have the "Profit". To those that have given a good rating for this company I ask, "have you tried to withdrawal all or significant amounts of your money?". I would not trust this company at all!!

Maven Interactive is a 100% TOTAL SCAM

Maven Interactive is a 100% TOTAL SCAM. Please do NOT invest a single penny with them. I thought I had done my research, but these guys are very good. I suspect they are all ex-bankers. I doubt my contact gave his real name, as his "business" mobile number is no longer in service so far as i can ascertain. He was a totally believable guy. I am lucky. They only took me for 2,000, but they were desperate to get me to sign up for a 10k "loan" pending my paperwork coming through.
I would also allege that the positive reviews on Trust pilot are penned by themselves.
They are liars and cheats. They are fraudsters. Please, please, please avoid them at all cost. You will NEVER see your money again.

I agree with Harry Beeson that…

I agree with Harry Beeson that Maveninteractive.com is a scam. It uses very clever investment website that trick you into thinking that you are making money when in fact you are filling the pockets of the scammers. I dealt with the following advisers whose names are, Leo Garcia, Jay, John and Lucy. They use high pressure tactics. I find it disappointing that Trust Pilot gave Maveninteractive.com a reasonably good review overall.
