Sono truffatori da querelare , non comprate, mandano un altro prodotto diverso da quelle comperato e poi spariscono. Attenzione!
Assolutamente scorretti. Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe, ma si sono rivelate inadatte e quindi ho chiesto lo stesso giorno quale fosse la procedura di reso. Come indicato, ho consegnato il pacco al corriere che lo è venuto a ritirare a casa mia il giorno 30 giugno. Da quel momento ho atteso 3 settimane, ma a tutt’oggi non ho ancora ricevuto il rimborso. Ho mandato diverse mail e messaggi whatsapp, a cui non ho più avuto risposta. Ho chiamato due volte il negozio fisico e il commesso mi ha detto che se ne sarebbe occupato il titolare, che però era in vacanza. Dubito che riuscirò a riavere i miei soldi, ma sconsiglio vivamente gli acquisti presso questo venditore.
