2 repairs 10 days apart .. no fault of NTB

2 separate repairs 10 days apart ... no fault of NTB. Both times the receptionists (Travis and Kim) were helpful and attempted on the phone and in person to be accommodating and informative regarding scheduling. Both times the mechanics also were informative and efficient. I had asked about an alignment as well. The mechanic showed me the computer reading and evaluated an alignment wasn't needed at this time. They did NOT overcharge me for an unneeded service.
I trust these guys. I am very pleased and will use them again.
