Receiving poor customer service!
On Monday I went and made an appointment to get my oil changed and tires rotated for 11:00 a.m. today Wednesday. I got there at 10:45 a.m. and they said they would be right with me and check me in which they did. About 45 minutes later I went out and my car still was in the same spot I left it I asked them when they were going to work on it and they said they were busy and short mechanics. Well another half hour went by and again I asked when my car was going to be worked on and they said it should be soon. Then the manager went on to tell me how short-handed they were and how busy they were and they get to me next. Another 15 minutes went by and I went and asked them for my keys because I was leaving after being there over an hour and a half and my car still was sitting in the same spot I left it the manager again told me he cannot help it that he's short-handed and basically I just have to put up with it. I left and with the tires plus and explain to them mavis's customer service and they got my car right in got the oil changed tires rotated Plus on Friday I'm taking my camper there and buying four brand new tires that you missed out on. I really don't think that's how you should treat your customers.
