Mavis could’ve killed my family of…
Mavis could’ve killed my family of 7…..then tried to charge $$$$$ me for it!
Went to Mavis got 4 tires and a wheel allignment spent over 1300$ and car felt strange but thought it was just getting used to the new tires. As the weeks went on car got worse and when taking turns with speed the back end of the Traverse felt like it was going to kick out and flip the car over. Taking it back to Mavis found out the back ‘camber’ bolt was missing somehow (of which would’ve been from when they did the alignment) and caused both back tires to wear down making them completely bald on the insides…..Mavis said no worries we’re going to order the part and the tires. After waiting a week because first the wrong part was ordered, then on back order had to call them to find out what’s going on. Salesman apologizEd said he was off yesterday and thought someone called me. Told him I was sending my wife over to get the car when she got there they tried to charge her for the new tires she called me I said no way then they said ‘fine we’ll just charge you for the tire disposal and the new wheel allignment’

Me and my husband got stuck because our battery died, we called the shop they immediately sent somebody over to jumpstart us we went down to the shop and bought a battery and they put it in ASAP. Customer service was definitely five-star in my opinion
