Mavis Tire - Great Barrington Reviews 

I appreciate the attention to detail and the cost was very reasonable. I also like the location because while your car is being worked on you can either wait there and watch some TV or enjoy some shopping or grab some lunch. I always recommend this particular Mavis to everyone I know.

We were on a road trip and had a leaky tire. They got us in right away, on a Sunday, found the problem, and fixed it — within about a half hour. Excellent customer service! These gentlemen were professional, courteous, and helpful. The charge was more than reasonable. They saved the day. We would go back here regularly if we lived in the area!

I had a tire blow out on the mass pike while traveling with dogs. When m
I arrived via towtruck the staff had a tire ready and waiting for me. They quickly and efficiently replaced the tire while my dogs and I safely waited inside the store. The staff was very accommodating and took great care so that I was able to get back on the road. Kudos to the saturday am staff.

Jordan and the Mavis team have been very helpful and professional each time I've gotten tires in Great Barrington. They're always patient and timely with their service as well as helpful with price matching. I would recommend.

Don't use Mavis unless you want pass the buck kind of work done on your car. My wife brought her car here on the for a tire replacement after visible damage to a tire. Mavis staff failed to make ANY mention at all that her other tires needed to be replaced they also failed to do a visual inspection to see if she needed an alinement which is mentioned on their website they are supposed to do for free on every tire replacement. She did in fact need the alignment and it was visible that she needed it wasn't until she went to another shop less than a week later that all this came out. Every staff member in that shop passed the buck claimed they didn't know why this gross failure happened and conveniently no one from management was there not a single person apologised for the waste of time and gas and loss of pay they cost her making her drive back out to fix mistakes that they made it could have all been taken care of in one trip had the staff done their job. A simple I'm sorry we messed up on this one let us fix it would have been great but no all she got was I don't know don't know it's not my problem I wasn't here and a very crass attitude overall.
