Ladder versus Escape

I drive a 2016 ford escape. On Friday while on route from Sarasota to our place in Homosassa I ran over a fiber ladder. Aluminum shield for the gas tank and the plastic guard for the air intake was dislodged and beat up. My husband took the car Saturday morning to get it up on the rack and see how bad the damage was. Manager got it on the lift right away without an appointment and had two of his employees come and zip tie the plastic and the beat out the dent in the aluminum and secured it as well. They brought it off the rack and my husband tried to pay for it and the manager said he was good. No charge. What a wonderful thing to do. I will use Mavis every single time I need something done. Great customer service great guys and a great experience all around.
