Johnny Robinson was fantastic — thank you!

My 83-year-old mother and I were traveling from Aiken, SC to Milford, CT when, not long after getting onto I-20, our check engine light came on and the engine suddenly lost power. We exited the highway and stopped at Mavis Tire, where Johnny helped reset the codes and got us safely back on the road.

He was efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and gave us helpful advice along the way. We truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism he showed two damsels in distress. Thank you again, Johnny, for making a stressful situation so much easier!

Absolutely will never go here again! Left oil handprints all over my car and even wouldn’t refund my money even though I never authorized work they did to my car!

As a woman having to have any kind of service done on our cars, I always wonder whether I will be treated fairly. So having said that, Derek, thank you so much for my service today! I felt comfortable the minute I stepped in the door. You explained various things that my car needed to me and I never felt pressured to buy something I did not necessarily need or want to do at the moment. You guys did a GREAT job on my tires. My car drives 100 percent better. I would highly recommend the guys at the Main St, Lexington location. I can’t say enough good things about them. Thanks again!! I will always bring my vehicles there.

My experience with now Mavis is always a great experience. It used to be NTB the store I go to is on 1810 S Lake Ave Lexington SC . They’ve always took care of all my friends and families cars . The manager and staff are always friendly and professional they make sure I understand what’s best for my car .

Repairs were made quickly and they had the vehicle back in the time promised.

Cody seemed very short. When asked for a quote on tires he said he could wright it down but computer would not give a quote. I ended up getting over 1000.00 worth of tires. And your credit card. When I picked up my wife’s car at about 3pm I asked to do oil change on my car. The other gentleman who was awesome said no problem give us a couple of hours we wil get it. Cody chimed in said well we have been busy may not get to it today. So I drove across the parking lot sat in car 20 min later paid 120.00 and drove away with oil done. I like mavis but customer service not your strong point

3.5+ hours for a SCHEUDLE oil change. At 12:30 they still at 20 more minutes of work. My appt. was at 10:00. Pulled out at 1:00 and the low oil light came on. Had to bring it right back. 3.5 hours and still waiting on resolution. Lost almost a full day of work for an oil change.

mavis gives discounts sometimes free labor is giving 5 star reviews. went in for alignment. charged me $150 and all the employee did was drive it and parked it. never took it in the shop. i refused to pay for something they didnt do. what got me before all of this, the guy up front said i can know 20 percent off for a 5 star review. i told him, you shouldnt have to bride me for a 5 star review if you do the job correctly. so be careful of these 5 star reviews. get the real reviews on the BBB.
