Todd He needs management training
After reading the review from another female customer about Todd. I had to speak up. During a visit on the third week of May. I didn't even have an opportunity to bring my issue to him. He saw me come in and walked out to grab a pop. I asked him if I could have a quick inspection of my driver side tires. He didn't even acknowledge me. He walked into the men's restroom. I waited 15 min for him to come out! At that point I was done. I work at the courthouse and was on my lunch. I left and will never return. Todd is very inconsiderate. Definitely lazy from the way he moved. There was no urgency in helping me. Maybe because I'm a woman? I went and bought four new tires from another place in joliet. It's just sad that it's 2025 and men still act this way.

I feel confident in the quality of service and tires we've purchased. The customer service has been exceptional for all of our vehicles tire needs.
