Bill was amazing. Someone scheduled our appointment for all new four tires wrong and it was for the next day on their end but the same day on ours. We went in and he was able to still get us in an hour before close. He was very nice
My appointment was on time. They took my car in. They kept me updated on what was going on. The managers were very cooperative with making sure what work I requested was completed to my expectations. The service technician that worked on my vehicle also told me exactly what he did. He answered all my questions that I by ad in regards to my services. All were top notch.
Fred at the Moosic location has been excellent to deal with. A very good resource for the Mavis Tire group. Always provides quality information for the customer to make the best decisions for their automobiles. Service staff is consistently excellent.
