The store Manager Anthony at 7000 N Freeway Store called me that they are closing at 5 and can’t work my car at 4 while I had the reservation. He was rude and disrespectful, did not provide the senior management information. I’m disappointed while being a permanent customer.

Aaron is amazing! He is so nice and made sure I was well taken care of. He kept up with me about time of service and they honored my warranty when I had the most stressful experience with my tire before I arrived. They always do a great job at this location. I went in on Friday, 1/16/2026, with a totally flat tire on my Volvo XC40. I was greeted kindly by Aaron when I walked into store location and because of the initial greeting, I felt that I had chosen the right place to get my tire situation handled. Aaron was very careful, patient and showed me consideration in the handling of my concern at hand. The whole process was a pleasant one with him, Aaron, recommending, I purchase 2 tires instead of the one that was damaged and explained to me why that was best. His expertise and his ability to show excellent customer service, were refreshing!
