My husband called mavis to make an…
My husband called mavis to make an appointment to have brakes put on our 2021 Mazda CX9 and they informed him that he did not need an appointment. So today (Saturday May 18th, 2024 he brought the car in @ 8:00 am but the staff wasn’t even there, yet the opening hours showed 8:00 am. When they all arrived shortly afterwards they said that they would call as soon as it was ready. We waited 2 1/2 hours and my husband called and asked if the car was ready and they said they hadn’t even started it yet. They informed my husband that it was going in shortly and that they had been waiting for a bay. At noon my husband went down and it was still sitting outside and two of the technicians were sitting in the lobby. My husband then asked for his keys and left. We are going on vacation in a couple of days and wanted the brakes to be replaced before then. I’m sure another establishment will be more than eager to have the business!!
