I explained the issues I was having…
I explained the issues I was having with my rear brakes and they didn’t listen. When they called to give me my diagnosis it had nothing to do with what was actually happening. I explained again over the phone and was told “well that’s a whole different category” just because there’s something else that’s causing the original brake issue but it’s still related to my brakes. Obviously they didn’t do a thorough job or didn’t really care.

Mavis had THE BEST price I could find on my Continental Tires; they beat all competitors. I dropped the car off and got a call 2 hours later that the tires were mounted, balanced, and installed. Bob behind the counter came out to the lot a few days later and checked the torque. Nice job Mavis!

Very clean and friendly staff and services are pretty fast.. and the manager was extremely helpful and involved glad to see. I would definitely recommend this place and ill be goin here more in the future for sure. Thanks mavis 👍

Cory is great great manager don’t ever get rid of him he’s great with the customers knows everybody very knowledgeable but your actual Mavis customer service area is filthy and needs to be cleaned filthy as a customer that’s unacceptable and I took pictures but the staff that you have under Cory is excellent
