We have been visiting Mavis tire and…
We have been visiting Mavis tire and brakes at the Winter Park location for years. Today I visited the location for oil change and I suggested to Wayne and George that the reception area could use some cleaning. I thought there was a cleaning crew at the location. Wayne took it upon himself and reached out for a broom and mop and he cleaned up the entire area. He reached out for a standing fan to ensure the place wasn’t too wet to trip up customers who were streaming in as usual. This is why we keep coming back to this location. We love visiting this location because we can communicate with each other freely, and the respect has always been mutual. We are deeply appreciative of the hard work Wayne, George, Roy and the maintenance crew put in, each day of the week. Thank you George, Wayne and Roy for your humble service and hospitality. It’s always a beautiful experience here at the Winter Park location

Honest and helpful speedy service
I had two great experiences at the Casselbury shop and am happy to give enthusiastic praise for their service. In the early fall I was fortunate to have my car break down right in front of Mavis. George was quick to help, getting my 2012 Buick into the garage that afternoon to replace my shredded serpentine belt. The price was reasonable and service was quick. This month I had a leak in my water cooler that George again was quick to diagnose and repair. The front desk staff and techs are knowledgeable and friendly, offering quality work and fair pricing. I've since talked to coworkers about my positive experiences here and found that several have been dedicated customers for years, and I plan to be one as well!
