Individual Makes for a Great Experience
When I first walked in the initial person after I said I was certain I needed a single tire replaced but would like them to check the rest asked if I had an appointment. I told them no and they indicated that there was only one person to change tires and three appointments ahead of me and I might consider going across the street to Walmart. I told them I was not interested in dealing with the Walmart Auto Department anymore which is why I started coming to Mavis. Another individual behind the counter spoke up and said ‘I can do it right now’, and asked which car and which tire. I told him and he walked out and checked all four tires. Walking back in he said it was only the one tire. maybe 20 minutes after that he was giving me my keys and mounted and balanced the tire and rotated all the tires. I even let them replace the wiper blades because they had a special. As I was leaving the guy that did the work said, “can I ask a favor of you? Will you go on Google and give us a review - good, bad, or indifferent?” I said I would. While the initial contact was a little disconcerting the guy that performed the service was very responsive and great in his attitude and customer service. Will continue to go there for tire service. That includes going in the next couple of weeks to get a couple of tires for our Highlander.
