I made my appointment at 11:30 Monday…
I made my appointment at 11:30 Monday morning and was told one hour later that my tires did not come in I had to wait to get my tires put back on my vehicle so I could go home. Tuesday I had to call to see if the tires were there they were I brought it down there. 1 1/2 hours later they finished with the tires. I got ready to pay for it and they could not get the bill right I waited for 50 minutes with a rude ass Mavis employee then told him I was going home and they could mail me the bill I left my name address and phone number and I went home . I had to go back the next day to get them to re-balance my tires this makes three trips three different days 40 miles round-trip the people that were there on Wednesday very helpful but I would not recommend Mavis to anyone.
