I paid for expedited shipping for an order so I could receive it before going on holiday. The store had run out of the item but never contacted me to let me know. I wasn't even aware there was an issue until I inquired about the order status several days after my order should have been shipped. Customer service refused to make a substitution for another item from the exact same brand with the exact same price. All-in-all a truly disappointing experience from a company I'd previously held in high regard.
