Shame on the customer service.

My concern is about the customer service as I placed an order regarding a 12v converter for my zero 10X. I ordered the right item depicted in the right picture but received the converter for the zero11, incompatible with my scooter of course. I wrote an email to the customer service and all that they were able to tell me is that if I was unsatisfied with the item I could send it back and have the refund only for the item and not the fourth and back shipping cost. After a lot of emails, and a couple of horrible recorded phone calls the problem is still unsolved. That’s why I’m writing this review. Shame on you for a €20 purchase.

Good communication for selling

I ordered a teverun blade dual pro. First communication were great. After receiving the teverun it broked down after 5 days. I didn't even made 10miles. I called the service who told I should check the yiutube videos and wires. After heavy insisting they accepted that I return the product for fixing only (no exchange). I asked to debloque it too. A month later recieved it back but still blocked. All in all I lost a lot of time and money as I needed it for work. I wouldn't recommend max blinker to no one. After all I also found out that the teverun I received had non original parts in it which made local service fixing very complicated.

Great experience! I ordered quite expensive e-scooter and I paid up front, but they delivered it in three days to my door. Scooter is great!

I ordered a chain in stock on their website and they emailed me told me it wasn’t in stock but still took my money and still hasn’t been returned to my bank account such an inconvenience caused by not updating their website and putting out of stock on out of stock items
