The platform is crap

The platform is crap. It spends more time broken than it does running, they make claims that are outright lies like telling me in the highest tier of pricing I can roll over credits, but now they’ve changed their mind. I can’t do it, though it still says you can.

Customer service is super slow to respond to you and they never solve your problem.

I have trained my agent on the same task five or six times and every day it’s like it forgets what it’s previously learned. It will know how to do it for a day or two and then it will stop.

It also consistently does what I’ve told it never to do again

And lastly, once you go up a tier in pricing, you can never go back down so under no circumstances should you sign up for Max claw!!
