Rubbish energy supplier ever

Rubbish energy supplier ever
If you join with this supplier think your business on danger. Because they charge too much and if you request for review your consumer they cut electricity. Also if try to explain they not give you any single change to explain . Very poor customer service
At the moment I am on depression because of this rubbish company. 😡😡😡

Worse energy company ever

Worse energy company ever. Avoid at all cost. Customer services are useless. They don’t listen to a word you say. Send them metre reads. They claim they never have them and then charge you through the roof estimate prices. I’ve had this business for three years. I’ve never paid bills this high. In January i was closed for two weeks but yet my bill was the highest it’s ever been. Make it make sense. Imagine being stuck with a 3k bill on the slowest business months of the year. Now they threatening to cut of my electric if I don’t settle. I will reluctantly because i have no choice. If one person sees this and avoid them. I’ve just done you a massive favour. You’re welcome. Absolutely diabolical in ever sense.

Business switch

My business switch to Maxen Power last year went smoothly after an initial miscommunication and now Loncherie is happy to recommend them to lower your electricity bill, compared to other suppliers. Billing and communication is good, and Ameer is very polite and helpful.
