Sells defective tyres, takes prepayment, and refuses to replace brand-new items! DO NOT BUY!
I strongly do not recommend buying from this store! They force you to make a full prepayment without any option to inspect the product upon delivery. When you open the package and find a severe factory defect, they outright refuse to replace it or issue a prompt refund. My Order Number is HU-0526-06433.
I purchased a brand-new General Tire Grabber Cross A/S manufactured in Romania. Immediately upon unpacking, I discovered a massive manufacturing defect on the inner liner of the tyre. There is a large excess rubber ridge (protrusion/compound spill) running straight across the tread from the inside. It measures about 0.8 cm in height and nearly 2 cm in width.
This tire is 100% brand new, has 0 km on it, and has never been on a wheel. It is completely untouched. However, logically and physically, this huge extra chunk of dense rubber creates a critical local weight imbalance. Any tire specialist knows that such a factory defect makes it impossible to balance the tire properly, creating a severe safety hazard and a high risk of blowout at speed.
Despite the tire being completely new and never used, customer support ignores consumer protection laws. Instead of a direct exchange, they expect me to wait "months" for a manufacturer analysis. Total scammers who do not care about customer safety. Save your money and buy elsewhere!

This situation didn’t just "happen"—your store actively created it by shifting the financial burden of a clear factory defect onto a bona fide buyer. Your response confirms that you openly ignore both Hungarian and European Union consumer protection laws.Under [45/2014. (II. 26.) Korm. rendelet] and the [EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)], I have an unconditional, absolute right to return a brand-new, unused product within 14 days without giving any reason or explanation. The tyre has never been mounted and remains in pristine factory condition.Forcing me into "months of internal analysis" for a product I am legally rejecting within the standard cooling-off window is a direct violation of the law and a textbook example of unfair commercial practices.If my full refund is not processed immediately, this case, along with your written responses, will be forwarded directly to the Hungarian Government Office (Kormányhivatal) Consumer Protection Department and the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net) for formal investigation. Stop stalling and return my money.
