At the moment very long delivery times

At the moment very long delivery times, very long response times to my emails for more information and vague generic responses.
Unclear communication if the machine were to have problems in the future, where and from whom I would receive technical assistance, a lot of advertising in the email box from you, it would be better if you at least had confirmation that the negotiation was concluded and successful, before pushing for new purchases.
And having sent money to Holland and having seen your headquarters in Vienna also confuses things.

You will receive this from our technical service in the Netherlands. If something is wrong, they will support you.

Our head office is located in the Netherlands and not in Vienna. You can read this on the website under our general information.

I received my petrin with scratches…

I received my petrin with scratches inside bowl and also many scratches at hook.
Very disappointed about that.
