Excellent Accounting service providers. Very efficient and transparent when dealing with issues presented. All support members were easy to talk to and they went out of their way to offer help and give clear directions on actions to take. I truly enjoyed working with them for over 3 years and I would highly recommend them.

Stay away, they are fraud group, taking money from workers and doing nothing to protecting their worker. Fraudstar group!!!! They being sued and now they stealing firm workers.

Not a great company to use.
As want of example I, as a contract worker I. NHS on a low rate (am in full time work now)'of £21 per hour was left with on average £496 take home.
They don't do anything for your income, you're worse off. Further, they take too long replying to emails, they have a tendency to ignore. One email I sent out to, doesn't work for the company any more but was obviously still able to read emails. They had an old old file on me. GDPR breach as it was very very old. This led to delay in pay.
You're better off just going PAYE the usual route, they don't save you anything. As a health professional, Iended up with less than a shelf stacker in Morrison's.
Couldn't recommend.

Average deductions are around £200 a week roughly depending on how many hours you put in with your company. Was PAYE with my agency and recently been cast over to this payroll and reluctantly too. Basically had no choice and paying nearly £1000 including employers NA a month with a miserly healthy looking hourly rate. The devils in the detail. Definitely get a different job if your employer chooses this payroll system.

I requested a back date payment from Maxi pay about my VAT since 31/3/2023. I made a call on the 20/8/2024. One member of the team they could do it for a a fee of £250 this conversation was followed up with a text message. I sent two emails with my VAT registration details which was not replied. I called this morning and a lady from their team Said their director said they are unable to back date my VAT. I see this as scam as I believe someone in the team has spent my money and now they are refusing to pay. I am going to take next steps to ensure I get what I'm entitled to. You don't expect me to pay VAT from my own pocket?

Absolutely ridiculous company to be with, does not send payments on time and refuses to allow customers to make complaints which is our basic rights, abuses finance with customers and agencies.

staff are very helpful, and polite and explain everything which makes you decide the right decision. Ellie Maye is the one I have spoken to explain in professional way and repeat things if you need to.

What made my experience great is the fact that since I started using Maxipay, I have been paid my wages when due, and I believe I have not been charged than expected according to the explanation given me at the very beginning before I started using this service.

I never had any issues since using Maxipay, payments always right on time, support received with all my enquiries. Honestly I cannot recommend Maxipay enough !

Has an assessment with Dylan over the phone and he was very patient and took his time to complete the task in a professional manner. It couldn’t have been better done.
