Good service just contact them if you have an issue.

They had an issue with there web order system but after contacting them Nick sorted everything out. Paint arrived next day and was a perfect match. Very good service. If you have any issues please contact using there contact us. They are very helpful.

Ordered paint by registration number, but wrong colour supplied.

Ordered paint by registration number, as I couldn't locate the paint code. Order confirmed as pink. Received paint with label showing code 552, and later find code as 552A. Tried paint and found it was green. Emailed orderliness with my issue, and 3 days later, no reply. Apparently, 552 is green, and 552a is coral red/pink, though company didn't marry up colour being mixed with order confirmation of pink. Now bought elsewhere with correct colour.

Still not delivered months later!!!

Ordered this in august still haven’t receive the item, emails to customer service have been ignored and even posted on their website. I should have read the comments before ordering as others have the same problem. Terrible!!

First time customer

Initial problems due to incompetence by Royal Mail were quickly and efficiently rectified by the Company.
Good product and a pleasure to do business with Maxi Tubs.
Highly recommended.

Stay away, not worthy

Item purchased ,never delivered!!!!!!!!
No response from customer service on emails .
Here is a little update: I had a response from customer service that said they are sorry and will resend the items within 24 hours. Over a week later, still no items!!!!!!!!! No refund,

Hi Peter, we’ve tracked order using the Royal Mail tracking number, for some reason it’s still showing as being in a hub! We’ll mix another and send it with another courier on a 24hr service. I’m very sorry for the delay.
