Not received and invalid tracking

I placed an order last week as a gift for someone, the money came out of my account immediately, but I’ve still not received the order. I understand delays are inevitable around Christmas but I paid extra for first class delivery, it’s now been a week and still no sign of anything. Tried tracking on Royal Mail and have been told that the tracking number provided in my confirmation email is invalid as it doesn’t correlate with any parcel they have. Really disappointed that it’s so late despite paying extra and now can’t even find out where it is.

The best supplier that I have found.

I have been a regular customer of Max Muscle Labs for over 2 years. They are very accomodating and reply within reasonable time. I've experienced issues with billing/pricing in the past and they have been very quick to fix these problems. Their prices rival pretty much all other suppliers and if I am honest I believe their customer service is far superior to any other similar supplier I have used in the past. I have only purchased MK-677 from them but it has been fantastic quality every time.

Good results with sarms from Maximuscle

Im Noe on to week 5 on Ostarine and week 2 LGD when ever I’ve ordered with Maximuscle I’ve always received my item extremely fast and instant messages confirming the product is on route I’ve since introduced some of my mates onto sarms and there loving the effects two on Osterine and Rad 140 ya constantly feeling pumped and when working out the pumps are insane with good recovery times will continue to purchase from Maximuscle 👍

Order delayed (I understand), lack of communication (I do not)

Update: OK,if the product is out of stock, that is understandable. If you can contact me over email regarding shipment options/alternatives I would appreciate it. Also, if you have an estimate for restock, I await info. Thank you for the reply and keep us posted about these things if you can in the future. Kind regards.

I am writing a review in hopes of catching the company support team attention, more than anything. I believe that in business empathy and reason should prevail, so I am always trying to by polite and patient. I made my order (Order #13119) on the 20th of November, and it seems the shipment got lost when crossing the border. From the customer support they promised to send a replacement as soon as possible, but today we are at 13th of December and I have not gotten any news as to when this will happen. Look, I understand if there is, for example, a stock shortage, or that replacements have not priority over normal orders, but my order was quite expensive and even though I originally did not mind waiting I do not like not knowing if the situation will be resolved and not having any idea when the replacement will arrive. Waiting almost a month seems a little excessive, you have to admit. If nothing else I hope I could get in contact with customer support about using a different courier that would be more secure and reliable, or getting a little discount for next orders as an apology, or, if nothing else, information about when the replacement will be sent exactly so I can plan accordingly. Communication, please. If there is no stock, the ideal thing to say is "there is no stock until...", not, "we will get to you as soon as possible" and then letting weeks go by without any information.
Anyway, hope you can improve your service by our comments and to get the order in transit as soon as possible. Best regards.

Ordered LGD from maxmusclelabs twice…

Ordered LGD from maxmusclelabs twice now. Results are incredible, strength has gone up in S/B/D by ~20Kg in 6 weeks. One of the more subtle benefits of LGD is the increase in bone density. This has meant I can train heavy more often without the usual joint achiness associated. Customer service is also fantastic! Had an issue with one of my orders and sent an email and within 24 hours Ki from C.S. got back to me to sort the problem! Would highly recommend this website for SARMS and will definitely be ordering again!

No good

Recieved package very quickly ordered lg and mk28 can not wait. Only question i have is how do i know this is the real deal?

Have you got anything to show that these have been tested for what they are?

Had no effect at all so far and no response to this post had now for nearing 3 weeks

Radio Silence Suddenly

In Short : Service was not amazing communication was not amazing the product did finally arrive after being "lost" for a few days. Have not yet tested the product will update when I do.

I made an order with this company (unfortunately with little very research in advance) all seemed legit in ordering process. First issue arose when I signed up and logged into my account there and no order was linked to my account. My credit card company even called me to confirm the purchase. Which I replied was a purchase I had made.
Sent a mail got a reply with tracking info and informed it had been linked. On Thursday morning my local time - 2 hrs ahead of the UK - I saw that the parcel had left the UK. Since Israel is only +/- a 6 hr flight I expected to see the next phase of tracking by the following day, atleast an arrival in Israel. But now the tracking is gone tried through Royal Mail tried through local post and tried using 17track and nothing.

Mailed them again with this query again got a reply saying it should be ok as soon as tracking is scanned at destination.

We are now 4 days later end of business locally and still cant track, but now also no email response, since they responded in that past I was a little shocked. messaged them via messenger also no response.

Feel scammed .

Seems like they pulled me along for just enough time for credit card to clear or something to that effect.

Update : They just replied with maybe it got lost or seized in customs, even though there is 0 proof to show it even landed in the country. They will send a replacement, again making me play the waiting game. Seemingly to avoid me being able to reverse with Credit Card company as it will already be too late.
Upade 2 : Take them less than an hour to respond to bad reviews but not that fast with customer feedback. Goodluck if you choose this company. Also please check that tracking number it proves it leaves the UK then disappears... 0 proof it even landed in my country. So now they state its a customs seizure. Joke.

Update 3: Parcel did actually arrive. Today 21/11/2018. 7 Working days from order. Not the worst I'll admit. that much.

The Threats statement was me saying I will charge back from my Credit company and review the service as I had received it.

"Once handed over to the courier, we do not have any control over any losses or customs seizures. " In my opinion they could have made this easier by just contacting the mail service to confirm what is going on rather then claim loss or seizure so quickly.

They did finally reply but only after I had messaged that I was contacting my credit card company (funnily enough it took them less than an hour to reply to the bad review not so fast with customer service though).

"The customer demanded a refund of his order, despite our policy clearly stating that only replacements can be offered for lost parcels, as we cannot control this, and the we cannot be responsible for the financial risk of customs seizures."

Please scroll down to other reviews and see that they have offered refunds to other reviewers.

The funniest part to me is that I actually landed up saving them money as I did not accept a replacement which if sent would have been a duplication.

All attempts were made to resolve this with this customer, but unfortunately threatening and aggressive response to our customer service unfortunately resulted in the customer being unwilling to receive a replacement parcel.

In response to the unsubstantiated claims made by this customer:

The international regulation for charge backs and disputes is 180 days can be slightly longer, this is completely false.

Once handed over to the courier, we do not have any control over any losses or customs seizures. We do, however, offer a full replacement to any losses, which is not required by law, as it is normally the case that customs approval lies with the scope of customer responsibility.

We replied to both emails and Facebook messages, we can full prove this via copies of timestamped emails and messages.

Evidence of our efforts to communicate reasonably with the customer can be provided, as well as receipts confirming the dispatch of this parcel to the postcode provided, subject to data protection.

The customer demanded a refund of his order, despite our policy clearly stating that only replacements can be offered for lost parcels, as we cannot control this, and the we cannot be responsible for the financial risk of customs seizures.

The site is new according to scam…

The site is new according to scam advisor. All the below Trust Pilot reviews are recent and look fake. Bought 100 pellets of Cardarine and they were fake. The business model seems to be create a site, sell fake pills for a few months then create a new site. Worried now about my credit card details.

Great service at reasonable price.

Have ordered Ostarine a few times in the past. Always next day delivery and the product seemed good quality. Have just ordered their LGD for first time. Have tried it before from a different source so will see how it compares and update my rating.
