Pathetic Rip-Off Merchants who use false advertising!
This is the review I left them on 23/07/21:-
Terrible service. This company advertises 'Years Old' out of manufacturer warranty, unused hard drives, as 'New'. They supposedly offer a 3 year warranty themselves, but do not respond to any emails when the drive fails. Save your money, and buy from a reputable supplier. The warranty they offer isn't worth the paper its written on! AVOID
They replied 17 months later! English Translation below German reply:-

Es hätte ausgereicht, unsere Angebote, in denen alles detailliert beschrieben ist, sorgfältig zu analysieren, dann wäre eine solche Bewertung überflüssig gewesen. Wenn jemand ein Problem mit dem Leseverständnis hat und nur auf der Grundlage von Bildern kauft, ist das nicht mehr unsere Schuld.
It would have been sufficient to carefully analyse our offers, in which everything is described in detail, then such an evaluation would have been superfluous. If someone has a problem with reading comprehension and buys only on the basis of images, it is no longer our fault.
However, I have a copy of their guarantee and a screenshot of the original order stating the drive is new and is guaranteed for 36months. It was purchased 23/10/20, so its still under guarantee! Not that they have the morality to honor it.
Save your money, they claim not to be able to speak English and hardly ever reply. Buy from a reputable company!
