Well it looks like I too have been scammed by this group. So disappointing I was really looking forward to receiving it.

This is a SCAM.... ordered over 3 months ago, no reply communication at all......

Ordered two packages for about 500$ on April. Never received any confirmation with tracking # or respond for my multiple Emails.

Wish I could give zero stars. Unfortunately my experience is the same as others. Ordered in April—still nothing has arrived. Received an email from them after sending a few emails of my own, saying it was stuck in customs.

Now I’m just requesting my money back. Still no response. Do not order from them!!!

Ordered 5 April, credit card charged. Still no item despite numerous emails. Wish I had researched before ordering.

It’s a scam, ordered back in March they never sent me an order or tracking number but they did charge my card and they don’t respond to emails.

Ordered 25th March but still waiting. Tracking number didn't exist in any system. Complete scam. Save your heard-earned money and steer clear of this site.

Ordered last week in April and still have not received my two paintings… Tracking site says the order was processed May 5. And it still says that… I’ve sent eight emails and the last one sent on June 30, they have not responded to. This was supposed to be a birthday gift in May. Extremely frustrated, annoyed, and want my money back

Ordered 2 paint by numbers kits on April 10th. Sent follow ups on April 24, 28, 29, May 12, 22, 24, 26, 27.

They give you fake tracking numbers so it makes it look like your package is in transit, when it clearly does not exist.

I have filed with Canadian Fraud Agency and also complained through Better Business Bureau. I also filed a dispute with my financial institution. If you are so unfortunate to have fallen for this scam like I did, please report to all these agencies so they can get this business out of existence as soon as possible.

Ordered 2 paintings on April 6th..never recieved...no tracking # no one to contact to get money back..a TOTAL rip off

After leaving a negative review over 2 months ago for not receiving my order I have finally received my items.
I placed the order on 5th April 2020 and it arrived today 7th July 2020.
Maxnovelty you really need to do better to keep customers informed and use a better tracking system.

Absolutely shocking. Still waiting after over 3 months. After numerous emails finally got a tracking number which proved to be not on any system. Have asked for my money back but don't hold out much hope. Complete scammers in my view. Would have preferred to give no stars review. Avoid them at all costs.

Well, ordered in mid March for a quarantine activity- literally arrived 10 mins ago (July 6). This was after four emails to them asking where item is. Ended up shipping from a city 90 mins away from me, not China as originally stated. They also sent a completely different painting than what I ordered. Just don’t do it.

Don’t order from these guys. I ordered 2 items in early April. Have sent 3 emails as I have not received my order and no reply. Have to agree that I reckon these guys are scammers. If they do come up with the goods I will post another Review

Agree that this is a scam. Ordered on March 26th, 2020. Today is July 5th, 2020. Still have not received. Have sent numerous e-mails to their support team. No reply to any message. Was able to track the shipment order. Apparently it has been sitting in Montreal customs since May 20th. Don't place orders with them. You will not receive what you paid for.

Ordered paint by number March 2020. Never received.
Cc funds immediately taken.
Continuous emails weekly to receive additional products at lesser prices. Definite scam.
Beware. Better business shows bad reviews, no resolution.contact Attorney General of Rhode Island to shut Max Novelty down,keep them off social media, to prevent more scams. Report.

I agree with all the other posts 100%!!! This company is a SCAM!!! Ordered 2 paintings back in April and still have not received them or any correspondence regarding where they are. I have emailed customer service at least 5 times with absolutely no response!! Do NOT waste your money!!! Can’t believe this business hasn’t been shut down yet!!!

I ordered a paint by number kit at the end of March 2020, and it is now July 2020. I have not received any emails (besides automated replies). Horrible customer service, and I still do not have my product. THIS IS A SCAM, they took my money and I have no way of gettjng it back.

Ordered April 4, 2020, exactly 3 months ago today. I have not received my items and customer support does not respond. What a shame that Facebook promoted this scam of a business.
