Disgraceful customer service, failed product cost Me 2 family trips. They expected Me to pay shipping for the failed part, I have just had a stroke, I do not need this anxiety and stress because of maxpeedingrods failed, sub std suspension products

This is a great company to purchase parts from, There was an issue with a defective part and anytime I sent a message. They responded very quickly and was very helpful with making sure that I would receive new parts in place of the defect ones. I will always order parts from this company due to this is the only time that I have received a defective part, but they were on it to make sure that their customer service was outstanding and replacing the parts. Bought the 5kw Diesel heater. Arrived promptly with upgraded parts as promised. Had a problem on startup that was quickly diagnosed and replacement parts sent. Heater now running perfectly. Very happy with the product and the service. Highly recommended..

I bought a set of coil-overs from Maxspeedingrods and had an issue with one of them. I informed MSR of the problem and they immediately sprang into action to remedy the situation. All communication was positive and prompt, and within a week I had received the required replacement part along with a video showing the assembly process.
These guys obviously believe in their product and are keen to ensure that their customers are happy. I highly recommend them as I believe as they obviously do, that after sales support is a very high priority once a purchase/sale is made. Top marks!

I got matched up with exactly what I needed and the installation was very fast -all parts included. Shipping was affordoable, too The price was such a game changer for me because all other sites were selling the same types of coils for 50% more -sometimes even triple the price.

I placed an order for new coilover wrenches. Fedex somehow tore open the envelope and delivered an empty package. I called Maxspeedingrods customer service and they sent me a new pair of wrenches that day.

I order some rear air struts I could tell a different in the ride. then the left rear made a poping sound and I find a c clip hanging on the bottom of the shock. so I think the product had a defect

One star is too many. The coilovers are garbage. Within 400 miles my rear upper shock topper went out. I am still battling the company for the replacement. I’m stuck driving a broken car. Stay away from this company and its products. You will only be disappointed like me.

I bought a set of e46 coils and they where really good had a small problem but they are helping me sort it and as this is my 3rd car with them they are a good product for the price
