This is for maxton design AT (Austrian), Since they dont have Trustpilot i have to put some places.
But I was waiting for 36 days and 26 business days. I lost a lot of time and money. I paid 259 euros and got 253.14 euros back.

When I try to check my order status, I get the message "You currently have no orders being processed." I placed the order on May 29th, and the order number is 1903. Their website states that the processing time is 25-28 business days. I am not sure if I have understood this correctly. In any case, we have passed 25 days.

Unfortunately, we cannot ship this item to your country because shipping of large items is not available.
We will therefore cancel the order and refund the amount paid using the original payment method.

This is absolutely incredible. I have now waited 36 days, which is equivalent to 26 business days, and then you tell me this? I thought Maxton Design shipped worldwide, but you can't even get a package to Norway? This is very damaging to your reputation as a "serious" online store.
I request an immediate refund.

Unfortunately, it is currently not possible to ship large items to Norway due to customs restrictions. Unfortunately, this information was only communicated to us later.

I appreciate your understanding of my frustration, but I'm still extremely disappointed with the long wait and the countless times I had to follow up before I received this message. It's completely unacceptable that you weren't aware of the restrictions on shipping to Norway until now.
I expect immediate confirmation that the refund has been processed and that the money is back in my account as soon as possible. You can also be sure that I will share my experience on Trustpilot, so that other customers are aware of the risks of shopping with you.
I hope you learn from this situation, so that other customers don't experience the same thing in the future.

The refund has already been processed on the credit card you used (Visa ****). Depending on your credit card provider, it may take a few days for the amount to appear in your account. Our website has already canceled the order. You will receive confirmation via email shortly.
