My mower was damaged during shipment. Max Tool was very proactive to resolve the issue to my satisfaction. You can often judge a person or a company by what they do when things go wrong. MaxTool showed me they are a stand up company.

A Terrific Overall Experience
Just received the Honda lawn mower I purchased through MaxTool. It was a discounted price, no sales tax and no shipping charges. It arrived a day or two later than promised, but that was most likely caused by coronavirus impact. I am pleased with the overall experience. And, will certainly do business with them again.
