Web site totally crap doesn't answer questions

Web site totally crap doesn't give the information on the product neccessary to buy it. When email to ask don't reply, 2 emails later get a reply but doesn't answer the question about the product. Ask a number of times again but don't answer. Well just lost a sale and I certainly cannot recommend them to anybody.

Usually most companies give reasonable service until they got your money its after that if you have a problem they don't answer.

This lot cannot even be bothered to get your money, just think if you bought how there service would be,
