Great Customer Service, not so great Correos Spain.
After the postal service here in Spain made a complete hash of delivering my parcel, with it circulating for 2 months then claiming delivery when it wasnt. Maya tried to investigate the failed delivery and was unable to find out where my parcel had actually gone. They agreed to resend at their own expense to a friend in the Netherlands while the investigation continues, Thank you Maya .
Update.
Parcel now received and contained some lovely gifts too, very much appreciated.
Thank you.
P..S other parcels have arrived fine from Maya. The frustration was just with one, and the fault was with the postal service, not Maya. Thank you for following through.

Review Update June 2025: Tobacco arrived wrapped in vacuum sealed plastic with a sell by date which seemed odd. Distinctly detected a perfumed smell nothing like mapacho plant material so assume additives were in the batch I received - I don't have any proof other than what it smelled like to me. The tobacco was very hard and almost impossible to break up. Burned some of the loose chips which gave a mild sweet scent nothing like mapacho. Wondered if this could be potentially harmful to breathe in or use as an incense? Contacted company, slow response but eventually co-operative and apologetic. Received a full refund but still claimed no preservatives in their products. Sorry guys, that's not my experience of the product I received from you - perhaps contact your suppliers to check?

The experience you had with our Mapacho is not up to our standards. As it is a product with high humidity it can sometimes go mouldy or smell off, but I can guaranty there are no additives or preservatives.
As your experience was under par, we have paid a full refund the 11th of February into your bank account. Can you confirm you have received the refund?

I have always had pleasant and professional interactions with Maya-Ethnobotanicals. I believe they put a lot of time and effort into making sure they are selling exactly the plants that they claim to be, and sourcing them fairly or beyond fairly, with a view to benefit humanity.
They have a good reputation on any related forum you'll visit. I was surprised to find no reviews on TrustPilot.
