I purchased a SIM for my trip to Thailand. The SIM was easy to install. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip due to conflict in our connecting destination. When I contacted Maya mobile they were so responsive and gave me a full refund. I will definitely purchase esims from here in future.

I use IPhone that can use one eSIM and one physical SIM. One physical SIM was set to roaming while I was abroad. And another eSIM was used with Maya eSIM. But While I was using Maya eSIM abroad, another physical SIM has the problem. That problem is that I couldn’t be contacted(called) by my friends from my country while I was abroad. I don’t know why?

Easy to use and cost effective eSim's from Maya Mobile
I am really pleased with my eSim's from Maya Mobile - they are really cost effective and easy to install and their customer service is great and as long as you have WIFI and can chat to them it all works well. I have been using Maya Mobile eSims for travel in South Africa (where I first used them in 2024) and then in Greece, Spain, France, Italy. just came back from skiing in France and I had a glitch in making the data work but the friendly online team were able to help.
Much more cost effective then using mobile data abroad on my Vodafone account, and cheaper then many other e-sim providers. I was excited to see that Revolut are now offering e-Sim's but they are double the price for the data needed.
The only very slight downside is that it appears their help/support is not 24 hours. And it would be even better if their instructions were tailored to regions. For example a UK iPhone talks about 'mobile Data' rather then 'cell service'. Sometimes the instructions as to what the menu options will be take a little working out as the language isn't always identical. But a bit of common sense and I got there.

Helpful customer service team and assistance
I used this esim for Tunisa and worked fine for myself and my goly kept us connected.
Unfortunately I was unable to get the esim to work during my current trip but the team tried to resolve the issue with me and when I was able to do as they were assisting me. I asked for a credit or refund as holiday was nearly over, the advisor Luthfia R was so helpful and gave me an option of either with no hesitation or difficulty which I appreciated 3 days into my 4 day holiday.
