Let you down and dont turn up
Thought I'd contact this company as it seemed to have a good reputation. I arranged for them to come see me to talk about my needs and explained I needed to make a long journey to the property in the fuel crisis to see them. I waited 2.5 hours for them to make the appointment. Didn't turn up didn't call. I tried calling their number but it was the office number and because it was out of hours, no answer. When arranging the meeting, they kept wanting to know my budget, I had no budget as I didn't know how much these things cost, I wanted them to come and tell me so that i could make an informed decision, without even meeting and knowing my full needs they kept saying is £12K the sort of budget I had. Now looking for another company to come quote.
