Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this site, they are based in China and products on website are mis sold.
They advertise a premium suede coat that isn’t not suede.
They then expect you to pay package to send it back to China, seems a scam as they offer discounts to keep it.
Stay away!!!!

If i could give minus stars i would

If i could give minus stars i would. Horrific quality. Daid the coat is suede and it looks like cotton and not at all like the photo. Very difficult to return, if that is even possible. Out £60 and i will end up binning the coat as i would absolutely never wear that.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Had a HORRENDOUS experience using this company (Also known as Park Lane Cars and Deep Mill Diner Ltd) in particular their employee Adam who was left in charge running the business whilst the owner Nadia Majid is away on holiday till 2nd September. Having collected us from the train station in his Audi A4 and breaking every highway code taking us to pick up her new car. This broke down within mins driving it away and we were left stranded for ages. They still owe us money for the train tickets WE had to buy just to get home to Bournemouth and they said they'd refund us. Still no refund. Communication is terrible from them. Gave them enough chances to make things right. They didn't so had all the required evidence to put a formal complaint over to Trading Standards and FCA for them to deal with and rectify. This was the first and LAST time dealing with this company. In our opinion AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! They were lucky to get one star ONLY because Trust Pilot reviews don't give you the option of ZERO stars. Matter is now with the Financial Ombudsman to deal with.

Shocking Customer Service

I have been asking for a refund for over a month and they keep ignoring my messages and requests. The refund was agreed initially but nobody is taking responsibility for this. Shockingly poor customer service.

i am only leaving one star for this lot…

i am only leaving one star for this lot so that i can add a review. Worst experience ever! AVOID. Sold with working sat nav console- it never worked (RANGE ROVER). So they hadnt checked it pre-sale or they would of been aware it was useless. Despite constant numerous promises that the issue will be resolved, it got to the point where they wont even answer the phone to you when they see your number pop up. When they do answer you are then promised a call back. ZILCH. THEN advised that they cant find the replacement needed unless we could? Legal action being taken. Save your money folks as this lot couldnt care a toss! left with a heap of unsellable JUNK

Awful company

Awful company! I bought a car a couple of months a go and have been having none stop problems. They will keep the car for weeks on end and will even return it with scratches which they apparently didn’t do. I had the car back for two days before I had to send it back again. I paid over £5,000 and scared I won’t see it again.

I bought a Mini convertible from this…

I bought a Mini convertible from this company approximately a month ago and have had no issues with the car at all. I'm very impressed with the car and with the excellent service I received from the dealership. The car was delivered the same day, as the gentleman promised. I would highly recommend them.

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!

Sold a pregnant woman a dangerous vehicle then abused her verbally.

I purchased a vehicle from mayfair autos about 2 months ago now. In that space of time the cars wheel decided to fall off while doing about 15mph, It was a miracle nobody got hurt. 5 members of my family could have died if this happened 1 minute later. Not to mention the sheer luck the wheel flying off down the road didn't strike another vehicle or pedestrian. Upon close inspection it was discovered that the wheel bolts where the incorrect bolts for the wheels used. The wheels turned out to be aftermarket wheels which were themselves not suitable for the car and the bolts used to secure them were the original wheel bolts designed for smaller wheels with a thinner frame. This caused all 5 bolts to snap clean off as you can see from the images below including a video of the wheel coming off.

So naturally i contacted mayfair autos to tell them what had happened and to see what they could do to help. Instead of trying to work with us they instantly went on the attack making accusations without proof, creating scenarios to fit their narrative to attempt to dodge all liability despite the law stating clearly the dealership must prove their claims. They were extremely hostile, aggressive and completely unprofessional. Verbally abusing me despite the fact they knew I am pregnant and extremely traumatised.

As I could not tolerate the abuse on the phone I demanded all communication via email, again the abuse continued via email which I will share in images below to show exactly what kind of customer service you will receive while dealing with this dealership. First they demanded I take down my negative reviews or they would not help me, which I did in order to try reach a resolution with them. Over the course of 14 days they continously changed their tone, one minute asking for evidence, then switching to being extremely aggressive and making all sorts of crazy accusations again creating their own scenario without evidence despite being sent a report from a garage, videos of the incident and photos. It was like talking to someone with a split personality. Needless to say we did our due diligence an provided all information needed in order for mayfair to have sufficient evidence to either accept liability or to then start their own investigation to prove otherwise. It was at this point they went completely silent, ignoring all communication. We have now got the bank and legal teams involved who have seen enough evidence to be willing to escalate our case legally and are now attempting to communicate with mayfair however mayfair are also ignoring them! Then all of a sudden they email me just to gloat that they are reversing a refund the bank put in place. Really quite shocking. I am absolutely gobsmacked by what I am seeing and I really hope this review reaches as many people as possible. I am pregnant an desperately need my car back but now I will be taking the legal route to get a full refund plus compensation.

Read all the negative reviews here an you will see a consistent narrative for a reason. Do your research before buying from any dealership and heed my warning about mayfair autos limited. Save yourself the stress and avoid them at all costs.
