Really quick service, beautifully packaged and I loved the clothes, had to return one item out of four and that was just because it didn’t suit me, returns also dealt with efficiently. I will definitely be ordering from this store again, just wished I lived closer so I could visit 😃

Really positive experience. I usually stick to the same companies when buying online, however I couldn’t find what I wanted elsewhere. Read the reviews which were positive and then ordered. Bought a pair of universal works chinos. Really impressed. Quick dispatch, the following day. Arrived without issue. Exactly what I wanted. Got a 10 per cent for being a new customer. All in all can’t fault it. I would defo order again and recommend to others. 5 stars. Cheers.

I have only recently discovered your wonderful shop in Clifton. I live in Sheffield but come down to Bristol often. Each time I come down I have to come and shop. The quality of your clothes is exceptional and your assistants are so helpful. The pair of sandals I wanted were out of stock in my size. Luckily the assistant suggested I try other sizes on to be certain. She then said she would email me as soon as they were in. As promised, a couple of days later, I got the alert and now have them. I wear the little denim jacket all the time and I love my baggy workman trousers. So five stars all round from me. I have already got my eye on a blue shirt that is online. Hope you'll be staying in Clifton!

I always find the service here amazing. Unobtrusive staff but so genuinely helpful without making you feel like a total moron for not having a clue what to match with what! I visit on an annual basis (with a voucher paid for by my stepfather) and always walk away with something special which I treasure.

My Internet order was quickly dispatched and beautifully packaged. It was a fabulous trading experience. The shop is 180 miles away but should I ever be in the Clifton area, I will be sure to pay a visit.

Lovely layout in shop.. nice spacing of product, good lighting, good changing rooms.. but most of all: DELIGHTFUL, witty, kind people working there. A fun couple of hours and 2 lovely items of well-made, British clothing to wear forever ..
