Total scammers. Took £3 on my credit card then a further £31.50 without authority to do so. Got the £31.50 back by disputing the transaction. Don’t go near them!!!

This is a SCAM - AVOID.
The company claims to have sent an email that explains all charges and the subscription but this is a lie - no emails have been sent.

I work too hard to be scammed. These fraudulent rogue operators. £3,00 then £45.00 charged to my credit card. How they did this only Houdini knows! We are coming after you and we will confiscate every penny from your accounts.

As others, have had £3 then £45 taken on my credit card. Have mailed them awaiting a response, can’t cancel a subscription I didn’t initiate. Raised a chargeback claim with my credit card company.

Absolute charlatans...£3 paid but then £45 taken for absolutely nothing in return ..chat on their website doesn't work .

Absolute scam. My grandma was having $60 odd AUD coming out of her bank and she didn't know why. She's on a pension. She panicked and stopped her card and hasn't been able to access her money for over a week waiting for a new card. I looked up the details and it was this company, who clearly have tricked people into thinking they were getting cheap items off of fb and then signed them up to a subscription. She's an old lady!!! She didn't have enough money to eat because of your unscrupulous unethical scamming!! Disgusting. Please be careful everyone, and check in on your elderly relatives 🙏 ❤️
Edit: the mazebuild appears to be a website building company from the look of their website. I assure you my 78 year old grandma did not use this service or intentionally subscribe. She does not have an account with your site so she can not login and cancel.

AVOID AVOID AVOID Fell for their FB offer for a £3 Charlotte Tilbury makeup set doing a simple survey. 3 days later they tried to take £45 having set up a subscription on my account. Subscription for WHAT? Disgusting that this is possible without any approval or agreement OR SMALL PRINT BY THIS VERY DODGY COMPANY.
I feel stupid for falling for this scam. I have reported them, hopefully they will be investigated and shutdown. There are enough bad reviews to warrant it.
SHAME ON YOU MAZZEBUILD

It is utterly disappointing how this company trapped me in the scam of a survey and I was gifted Charlotte tilbury set for £3. After two days I'm being charged £45!! This is insane and I'll be reporting the company to police. Please don't comment about just cancelling theso called subscription as I already did that (though I never subscribed in the first place). I simply want my money back!!

This is a con. Thought I was dealing with Decathlon. I did a short survey and on completion was able to buy a NorthFace backpack for £3. Or so I thought. A few days later I was billed for the £3 plus £45. Apparently it is a hidden subscription. At no point was the name Mazebuild mentioned or i would have Googled it.
Keep clear of this website. I now have to wait for the money to go out of my account before the bank can act

Scam alert
Be careful, they use scam website to "sign subscription". After 3 days they try to charge me 45£, just discussing

Reply from Mazeebuild
Dodgy website that uses Facebook to get you to sign up to a subscription sleekly. Promise gifts for 2/3 pounds, but charge you £45 every 2 weeks if you don't cancel the subscription.

Reply from Mazeebuild
SCAM ALERT - they got £3 but tried to take £45 - i cancelled my card. Their reviews are a joke.

Reply from Mazeebuild
I never signed up for a subscription. Infact i answered a survery to get a bag for £3 then tried to take 22.50 off me

This is a scam, which lets them take money out of your account without full consent. I note that all the positive reviews are 5 star and written by "people" who have only ever written one review. Trustpilot, please look into this suspicious behaviour.

Absolute scam. Never subscribed to this phony company.

I'm no tech wizard but building a website with this platform was a breeze. There's nothing like seeing your own creation live on the net.
Stellar stuff!
Absolute scam. Posted an earlier review and they asked me to contact them. This is to clarify that they take no responsibility for fraudulently taking money, and although they have agreed to delete my email and address details, they will not remove my credit card details due to "accounting law". I will be cancelling my debit card and requesting a new one as I have no trust that they will not take further funds. The company advertised that we paid to bear no relation to this company..

Just a heads up your website is still being used by scammers to sign people up to your services without their knowledge.
You need to invest in a more secure onboarding workflow or you are going to get sued or get fined by the authorities.
