Way better alternative than being cheated by a Dealer!
I considered ordering the map update for my vehicle from a dealer. Then I was quoted the price and knew there had to be a better alternative. MazNav was the answer! The shipping was FAST! The install was simple and happened behind the scenes. simply popped the old card out and popped the new one in.

The original card I received would not…
The original card I received would not activate in my new car. I contacted your service rep, was given instructions on trying installation again, but still not able to activate. Once I informed them I was immediately sent a replacement which activated on installation.

New cards for 2 cars!
Bought 2 cards, Mazda and Toyota. Toyota worked like a champ updated 2017 Highlander to 2025 maps and apps. 2021 Mazda CX-30 (no factory map installed) required a swap but they made it easy. Both cars work great with latest maps. Save yourself $400 it only takes 10 minutes if you are careful.

Maps 4 years out of date
Maznav ships with DHL, DHL has a terrible reputation. DHL must be super cheap. SD card shipped on 5/23 and not delivered until 6/5.
MazNav has no customer service phone or text available.
Once installed the map SD maps are at least 4 years out of date.

It could have been better.
It works and we have maps but they aren’t up to date. It does reroute you quickly but we’re a little disappointed at this time. I thought we were purchasing something with up to date maps. My fault for not reading more carefully.
